Trevin Jay Koolhaas

Finally I have a little quiet time to sit and update this blog.  Trevin Jay Koolhaas joined our family on February 16, 2010 and we are loving every minute with the little guy.  He weighed 7 lbs, 9 oz and 19 in. long.  He was a little peanut compared to Kara but then again he was born about 2 weeks earlier than Kara.  He's been a fairly good baby and I feel like I'm back to feeling myself again.  Nights are always a little different ranging from 3-7 hours of sleep, but hopefully in time that will get better!  Kara is doing really well with him and loves to hold him, kiss him and pat his head.  We definitely won't turn our back though when she is near him!  She's become such a big girl and seems so much more independent.  She loves to play with her babies and copy everything I do with Trevin, including nursing! We feel so blessed with another healthy child and look forward to watching Kara and Trevin grow together. 

Of course I had to post of picture of the 3 new Koolhaas babies born within 2 weeks of eachother.
